why do so many people hate on Stranger Tides, I thought it was as good as the first two, At World's End was the worst in the franchise !!!

@robotpanda77 this movie was awful, boring, pointless, and the saddest thing is it made over 1 billion dollars in the worldwide box office. the first three were good because of the story. i thought they would go even deeper into the story but they went on this different fucked-up adventure that was just dull and incoherent. if they make another one it's probably going to win some razzi's.

I actually thought that Blackbeard was pretty wussy. He wasn't anything special.

Bah, the plot of this movie was so convoluted and stupid that I really couldn't care about it. I'm actually glad of what the Spaniards did in the end.

I could disagree, Davy Jones is much more scary than Blackbeard. 1. Because he is played by a british actor that looks like a very intense person to talk to and has an unbelievable accent and voice when it comes to voicing any villain of the sort, more like on voicing murky and insidious characters. 2. Jones as got everything a cursed pirate could ever have, except for not earning Calypso's true love, but at least he died left everything behind and joined her XD
