Bruce Bennett created this bass, he is the sole brain child period, the bible says give honor where honor is due, J Dran (formerly known as JD Lewis) only slightly modified the original warrior, and I mean slightly, Bruce Bennett is an incredible luthier, and still is, he is now building J Backlund design, look em up, I know this from personal relationship, not hear say. So this Bass is a Warrior, but Bruce Bennett is the Designer, NOT JD LEWIS !

I am a warrior artist , that is definitely a warrior built by JD , warrior also does single cut bodies ( they don't always have to have a top) Idc who started the design JD perfected it , it's anointed period !!

@iowabassboy It's definitely a Warrior, dude. Firstly, it's not fretless. This guy just has very good technique. Warriors don't always have the pearl Inlay at the 12th fret. Warrior basses can also have whatever top that was requested by the buyer. There are plenty with one piece drop tops. the body is different that the top wood as well, you can see the strip. I can't comment on the blue leisure pants thing but I've no doubt about what bass that is :).

NOT a Warrior. I don't believe J Dran makes a fretless. Also, there's no mother of pearl inlay in the fretboard, which is a signature feature of the Warrior. Also, the body is too plain. The Warrior is NEVER just a single piece of wood in a single color. NOT a Warrior. Lastly, a Warrior bass player (like me) NEVER wears blue liesure pants to play a tune for youtube!!!!!!!!!!
