I agree with Whitey and Junkyard. I would not trust a coach who pushed me beyond good form holding 140lbs of dumbells. This would be a fine workout, imo, with much lighter weights and higher reps, but as it stands Olympic style lifts are not meant to be done like this.

Great strength complex - I have used it in my workouts. I add 5 RDL and 5 bentover rows to begin this complex - it adds another dimension to this workout...

can somebody tell me if they increase the weight between rounds or use the same weight all the time.

Nice workout. There form was failing at the end, chicks knee was caving in. Coach just kept pushing them he obviously doesnt preach good form. I wouldn't want him for a coach. Very at risk of injury.

There are just so many more beneficial ways of training than Crossfit without putting yourself at a risk for serious injury. I don't get why anyone would want to do this.

Crossfit can be an awesome way of life. It is for me. However, no matter how good the overall system, people pushing themselves into zones where they completely lose form, is how athletes get debilitating and chronic injuries. Round 5 made my rotator cuffs hurt just watching.

just had my azz whipped this morning with crossfit. I'm with byobjones...thought i was in great shape and one session of crossfit showed me otherwise.
