@xAristaicx Mixed with BJJ? Catch Wrestling is older than BJJ. Read up on catch wrestling. It started in England before The The Gracies were born.

@MrStathis77 stop comparing catch to bjj. Both incorporate same techniques. BJJ is more ground oriented like De La Riva Guard, Spider Guard, X-guard.
Catch is more like freestyle wrestling mixed with BJJ but with the more practical BJJ moves such as the locks the positions and some basic sweeps. You don't see catch wrestlers pulling off inverted guard maneuvers.

@MrStathis77 Gracie Hunter... Sakuraba. You must understand something. SAKURABA took out the GRACIES. NOT Catch Wrestling took out BJJ. Neither of these styles is better. Just different, each has their strengths and weaknesses.
