I'm planning to swap a humbucker with a Single Conductor Braided Shield Output Wire. How does that work? The H'bucker I'm referring to is a StewMac Parsons Street. I want to try to get this in as easy as possible. Thanks

Ya, but now your stock pickups are usless.... Show us a video of how you install the stock pickups with that short wire you just cut

@cmonme no. only in this method. the other method is the same as replacing the pickups in any other type of guitar where you can get to the electronics. you unsolder the pickups from the pots then solder the new ones in. but this is an extreme pain in the ass on almost all hollow bodies as there is no electrical "trap door" you have to work through the f holes
