Bullying Prevention Clowning Assembly at Elementary School

You are invited to experience an innovative engaging and memorable clip of a program called: Bloomin' Buddies. The presentation uses clowns, tricks, songs, and antics and actively involves the children to learn confidence to stop bullying or gang involvement and teaches the bully to respect differences in others and that recognizing and expressing feelings are OK. Early intervention is the key to prevention. Sections of this presentation are done in both English and Spanish. Supplemental materials for parents and teachers are also provided through the school for reinforcement of the concepts resented. This novel program was created by Maureen Mould, of Kaleidoscope Konnections, an educator and professional clown who has studied the positive effects laughter can have on learning and retention.
