What a doylum that driver was.Can't car drivers look don't seem to look what's further up the road rather than what's in front of their bonnet.
It's all about reading the road ahead which sadly a vast majority of car and van drivers seem totally unable to do sadly,it's all about getting to the back of the next car as quickly as possible.

THe common thing with all the "close pass" and similar "must get in front" - look at their brake lights - constantly flickingon/off/on/off as they drive far too close to traffic in front
