vs Atlanta Braves @ AT&T Park June 2009

Note: On July 10, 2009, Jonathan Sanchez just pitched a no-hitter (1 error removed from a perfect game) against the San Diego Padres. He had been demoted to the bullpen, getting this start in place of Randy Johnson, who had injured his shoulder with an errant swing against a Roy Oswalt pitch several days ago.

  • i wouldnt say a fluke, i believe he is a great pitcher who needed this great moment to be his big start in the MLB. i think we all will be hearing more from Jonathon Sanchez throughout his career.

  • I like how he showed everyone he's got good stuff, and should be in the SP role. BUT was it just a fluke? I haven't really watched this guy pitch before the no-no
