As of April 2010, construction of Gramercy Residences is now reaching the 32nd floor level.

Construction is now in full swing and on schedule from the ground to the 4th floor. Fire protection and sanitary lines have also been installed as construction progresses.

Testing for concrete and reinforcing steel bars was conducted and all have passed the material strength specifications and acceptance criteria.
