You're wrong, Israel has never attacked it's neighbors except for a preempt during the 6-day war when enemies were basically closing in. It was Arafat that walked away from the negotiations. Not even the PA wants peace and they're the ones keeping the Palestinians in the refugee camps. It's because whenever you donate to a Palestinian cause, most of it is pocketed by high-up Hamas and PA officials and never reaches Palestinians. With a whole world financing them, why would the PA want peace?
