This is Norwood Lane. The Entrance to Paston Ridings Travellers Site. Its actually a two lane road but due to the amount of rubbish that has been dumped along its length its been reduced to one lane. People are charged £50 a time for dropping a sweet wrapper in the centre but travel a couple of mile out of the centre and there's this!
There is another site within two miles of this one which is in slightly better condition and Peterborough City Council want to increase the amount of sites in the area without dealing with the current ones. Bing maps here: http://bit.ly/gxP99C

that rubbish tho ceniboy looks like trade waste from jobs to me. The council is obliged to take domestic waste only i believe .

Being a council owned site means the council have the same refuse collection responsiblities as they do for any council properties, they clearly aren't fulfilling their duty!
