If you're going to pull numbers out of the air, why not make it 250 million? or a billion? Hell, go for broke and make it a trillion. That would take a considerable amount of work, even if you include all the Nazis, Fascists (both Italian and Japanese), Communists, etc. that we took out. Indians?
