I am working in the food industry, and I can tell you that in Europe we still resist to the GMO stuff, but shortly it will be difficult to get non-GMO raw materials! Good news though that more and more retailers also demand natural ingredients and force the manufacturers to decrease the number of artificial additives used in the products. But viva la moutholucion!
