I agree, Vic has the physique to win the Mr 0. He shoulda won in 07. How the judges fucked that one up is anyones guess. Vic just needs to bring his legs back up. They're too small here. He does that and nails his condition, Vic will win it over Dex, Phil and Green.

Vic got robbed 07's MR.O Jay's conditioning was way off, you couldnt see his glutes or his brachialis or striations in his triceps, and he looked bloted. its fucking stupid The only MR.O Jay diserved was in 09, 06,07, he looked like shit!!!
