Entitlements come in many forms including, but not limited to welfare, food stamps, Section 8, WIC, Medi-Cal, SSI, certain Disibility programs, Medic-Aid, free lunch programs, reduced costs for the qualified, etc. etc. Since you seem to be such the expert in numbers, how about you do the MATH and figure out what or who receives all THAT??
