So true. A disable man with a cane who curses at a well built police officer is a threat and disorderly? Really? It would have been better for Gates to not have followed the cop out of the house and yell at him. Gates should have gotten the officer's name and badge number and filed a civil complaint to the police to department.

Thank you!!! You expressed my exact sentiment after seeing this and all youtube video's that related to who is wrong in this situation! Whites seem to go out of their way to avoid what the 1st amendment of the constitution (which establishes the law) states concerning what is disorderly conduct! If they would just allow THE LAW to be their guideline, this becomes a simple case of an arrogant egotistical cop violating someones constitutional right!...PERIOD!!!

The bottom line here is blacks will never win an argument against whites. The woman stated the only determining factor that matter and it was totally ignored. The professor was lurd out of his house by the cops with the lam excuse he could not hear the cop because of acoustics other wise the professor would have been talking, screaming or what have you in the privacy of his own home. That fact is ignored through out this video by all 3 men here so what is the point. This is how these people work
