it wasnt even finished yet. if its bubbling the yeast is still working and there is probably some days left. and frome the start you need to add a lot of shugar before you put the yeast(if you didnt do that), because its the shugar that becomes alcohol, so you probably only got some juice in there.
Any effects indicative of alcohol being created?
