The US government could contract private companies or subsidise care. Then you _might_ have the best of both worlds -- keeping governmental bureaucracy out whilst having affordable health care for everyone.
Here in the UK we have the NHS - and granted, it has many problems, but I'd wager we have a better healthcare system than is currently setup in the US.
It will be interesting to see what President-elect Obama does regarding healthcare when he comes into office.

We must get the government completely out of all aspects of health care. Let it return to a fully free market system. That will get everyone the best care possible at the cheapest price.

Great Video! I am a current internet marketer and have started one of these XPrize Projects with a friend and am going to team up with another internet marketer such as Mike Dillard or Rich Shefren in order to create the best, most efficient car that runs on fuel cells.
