Really good explanation, excellent diagrams. Just one remark, Lipoprotein Lipase is only found in Endothelial Cells and not adipocytes, in this case in Endothelial cells of capillaries surrounding adipose tissue.

the LDL gets oxidized underneath the epithelium, the way you say sounds like the oxidation happens in the blood..

Board Review Series and Wikipedia say Lipoprotein Lipase is expressed in adipocytes, and that expression is induced by insulin. So it's also called a Hormone-Sensitive Lipase (HSL)
great videos. I think this guy is a genius. just watch out at 1.33 I think he accidently says chylomicron instead of VLDL so don't get confused!
