  • Ever think about using a bigger bowl LOL

  • I've watched like 15 recipes on youtube and this one is my favourite. It looks so thick and frothy :) Can't wait to try it!

  • I made this (a quarter of the recipe) and it was REALLY good. It's really fluffy and when it sits for a while it all separates into a froth on top and liquid on the bottom.

  • buy pasturized eggs.

  • that's for 8 people? @-)

  • Everyone has their own method of making this unique beverage, generally it's a sweeten thick dairy-egg drink with the optional bourbon and/or rum -- indeed a delicious holiday treat.

  • @FutureLaugh only about 1 in 30000 eggs contain salmonella. and things like alcohol, salt and sugar are antibacterials. by thoroughly washing the eggs and using sugar and alcohol, you have almost no chance of getting salmonella. but if you are an unlucky bastard, yes. you will burst into flames and die.

  • Grt vid, How do i store it to keep it fresh. How long does it last when stored.

  • That wasn't a teaspoon and a half of nutmeg, lolol

  • @BRENDA24ES make it the same way without the alcohol and add several tblsp of your favorite extract flavoring to taste

  • am i going to burst into flames if i eat raw eggs?

  • When my mom makes chiles rellenos she does the same thing with the eggg!
