I think Hingis is great, she has a very smart game. Though I'm not a big fan of hers, but i do enjoy watching her play, like a magician, so acurate. Watching her play you can just feel the beauty of tennis. And considering her physical condition, she is the smallest in size and the least powerful lady of all the great champions in history. She represents a unique type of tennis that no one else comes close.

of all tennis ive watched live Hingis was always the most boring, only some of her matches she had with Lindsay were good cause lindsay made the play......... i dont think the game misses Martina at all...... I think Kim and Justine coming back is what the game needed

Clijsters is just an overrated player who just won 1 US Open in 2005, and later in 2009 but that doesn't count because the WTA right now is a shit.

Meh, the Williams sisters just have amazing mentality, probably the best mentality that a tennis player has ever had,especially Serena, but technically they're inferior to half of the top 50, and not even power, because the power index says that Sam Stosur and Jelena Dokic are the 1st and 2nd most powerful players out there, Serena is 3rd. Yeh the others, Martina will never have a career like them, but she is still my favourite player, and many others' favourite, because there are reasons to.

Yes, if Martina had the added power she would be UNPLAYABLE! Hingis is my all time favourite player. Another one to watch, if she can become more consistent is Kvitova.

kevin12061989, she won them because of too much racquet technology. this allows you to work less and not play real tennis. you're biased and need to be open minded, especially when it's the truth or something's fishy. then travel and hear that many have heard that many of those "13" slams she won were fixed, to keep the usa winning and ranked high. nunchaued, stosur and everyone else not serena, have TECHNIQUE. That is real tennis. But the racquet technology is burying this.
