I just got photoshop today so I'm new to this. I don't understand how you brought up the gritty texture? How do you have so many tabs open? Thanks!

@PaskevichProductions Hi there. When you open multiple images or documents in Photoshop CS5, each is represented in its own tab, from left to right. The gritty texture image was opened before the tutorial was recorded. So in the video you don't see me opening any documents, its all open ready before I start. The gritty texture image can be downloaded in the description. Hope that helps.
