I think that the JW's have an interesting point about we humans were supposed to live for ever here on earth had Adam not sinned, no sin no death no need for Jesus to save us no need for religeon no need for this type of Bible no need for ten commandments, just happy withYHWH and eternal life doing gods will etc, other wise I find all reigeons confusing and atheism impossible

@TimKilgore i dont really have a religion.I used to be a JW like you but I dont believe in it anymore. I do believe some parts of the bible were inspired by spirit, in the same way that some famous phsychics have written books. I think that the writers of the bible remixed their "inspired" writings with their own beliefs & judgements. there R some parts of the bible that I read and think how was this inspired by God? I guess im wondering how u became an atheist.

@afrochick2000 Yes, Pythagorus postulated the earth wa round before the bible was written and the hebrew word there literally meant circle not sphere. It was a common conception that the earth was a circle but was flat. The water cycle has been well known since Egyptian days. Do you have an explanation for Joshua making the sun stand still and not the Earth stop it's rotation? If every religion believes they're right why should I believe yours? What evidence do you have?

@TimKilgore ...maybe anielca is right... truth can be subjevtive... but can you blame the JW for believing they are right? Every religion believes they are right... you can make tough questions for any religion.... i think i remember u saying u were atheist... have u come up with an explanation for certain things in the bible that had not been proven scientifically yet? like the earth being round, and the water cycle

In response to your cult point outs, there can be bad JWs sometimes because of there lack of understanding the morality, there own doctrine prefers. Though there teachings have always prospered in the debate against certain other customs such as trinity, hell, and other doctrines JWs have disprove, seemly in sense there explanations put together logically. So you can tell whose a cult, but for me, not a cult of the JWs, in logical sense upon the bible, I see no how I can abandon it's faith

I don't know why Watchtower society is being such an industry now, such as keeping things secret to probably boost sales, and other foolish dictions going up and there. I am a Jehovah's witness and the path some society take may be wrong, though you can't deny some key facts that JW interpret by the bible, there could be cults who knows, but Im not focused on the very coupe percent of JW cults who lurk around, I stay vast to JW teachings regardless, try studying there doctrine :)
