I was traumatized after giving a vag birth. I went into a deep depression because of all that I went through including my baby being born almost dead and having to be resuscitated. I decided to avoid vag birth after and have the rest of my babies by c-section. I am glad I did although I agree a lot of the time it can be avoided!
