Right, they put swastica on the side, not becaus they wanted to say anything abouit Nazis, but because they wanted to promoted peace and harmony.!

Also the water ballast tanks are also partially responsible for the death toll for being lower. The tanks melted and dumped themselves onto the passenger compartments, making them less prone to burning.

the hindenburg was becomming tail havy so the rear water ballast was dropedp to bring the ship back into trim.
The reason the Hindenburg was becomming tail heavy was because the gas cell where the fire fire started was already leaking by that point

At 2:34 an object appears at left side-middle of screen -really brightens up. Flying disc?

becuase the nazis funded the project, much to hugo eckener's protest

Yes. Many jumped, then with broken legs were unable to move as the fiery wreckage fell upon them. Many who rode the crash to the ground were able to run to safety, while those who had jumped burned to death.

Good job. I find, though, that the glare of the modern music is a jar. But I guess you need that to keep today's viewers watching. Also, too much weight seems to be given to the absure "incendiary paint" theory. That malarkey should've exploded itself years ago, imo.
Thanks for the good work.

Thank you! I appreciate the information. I think that answers a lot of questions people might have about the video footage. :)
That terrible blasting music. Do you really think 12-year-old would care about this anyhow, that you have to accommodate them?

This wasn't for 12 year olds... We had previewed this previously without music with comments people wanted music. We can't please everyone.

you should have put the audio with the film

IF I did that it would be just another Hinderburg film like all the others. I tried to get the original footage, which was silent. The radio commentary was added and not original. the video footage and the radio commentary are completely separate entities.
