It sounds to me like the first and last run are with it on and the 2nd and 3rd are with it off... hard to say without any description or narration.

For everyone else... the Food and Drug administration are the ones who regulate Lasers and they have not made it illegal in any way to interfere with lasers. So it's not illegal for laser jammers. The FCC on the other hand has made it illegal to interfere with Radar. Which makres Radar jammers illegal.

  • I guess "X-treme" means "extremely inconsistent"

  • jammers and radar is illegal only in few states

  • Besides, this car is a tuna boat. Why not do the test using a tractor-trailer?

Anyway, the proper use of a LJ is to prevent a reading for a few seconds until you slow to PSL, then disable the unit. Leaving it on during an entire shoot is stupid.

For those who ask "aren't those illegal'? Well, so is going 1 MPH over the speed limit.

  • The logic is this. Laser jammers are not illegal. Jamming laser allows you time to slow down before you get nailed for speeding and is only an additional counter measure to paying attention and not a fool-proof method of eliminating tickets. Whether or not the cop sees them is irrelevant since they are legal. Jamming radar is completely illegal.

  • jammers aren't legal in any state, same with radars. all you do is get the alert, slow down to speed, turn in off, and keep going until you're well past the zone. it works best when doubled with a radar detector.

  • Correct!

  • haha, those arent noticable at all.

  • not if you turn the laser jammer off. you see in your car you would get an alert then you should slow down to the legal speed then turn your laser jammer off so the officer can get a speed reading after that you drive on past him with no ticket

  • you get the warring from the jamming system, slow down then turn it off. that's how it in theory supposed to work.
