He is not dishonest, you losers borrow and then don't pay back as agreed! In other words you don't live up to YOUR end of the agreement! YOU came to borrow from him becasue you are already unable to get a bank loan or a credit!
He is a business man, and he gives you the money, YOU fail to pay back as agreed, so of course he has to take legal action against YOU.
You can't even take responsability for yourselves. No wonder you have to sell everything you own, and others. Get a job!, or 2-3 4!
