Staffordshire Police road safety campaign at Alton Towers

Staffordshire Police actively works to reduce the number of people who are killed or seriously injured on the county's roads and encourages safer road use. We are always looking at new ways of driving the message through to youngsters across the North Staffs division. Through schools our officers target 15 to 17 year olds with hard hitting footage of the consequences of driving too fast. For six to seven year olds a recent campaign at Alton Towers got year 2 pupils behind the wheel of a small car and driving around the quirky course of the Peugeot Driving school.
