no, you shouldn't be concerned at all... He clearly has a really good sense of balance. I'm a cross dresser and wear heels regularly and there's no chance I'd be able to do half of that balancing act even without the heels.

Yeah, maybe this means he's worn high heels before but so what? A lot of men have at least tried walking around in heels a couple of times just to find out what it's like. It's some kind of fetish, some men even enjoy wearing them at their privacy. Nothing for the girlfriend to be concerned about as long as this guy is straight.
