@Stephaniebobo You know, i'm not sure how to make curry roux from scratch. I usually just buy those boxes of pre-made Japanese curry roux and follow the instructions on the box.

@Stephaniebobo Hi Stephanie, i'm sorry about deleting my past videos but I had a problem with my image that was used in the introduction. A few people picked up that my photo was shot by a photographer who had a fishy reputation and I didn't want any misunderstanding so I removed it and decided to slowly reupload some of my best cooking videos with my self-photo in the end as a watermark. Let me know which ones you'd like me to reupload and i'll check if I still have it on my hard drive.

What I reminded of now at 2:30 ... is something else. Try replacing that egg with burrito bread and think of cheese and salmon filling.. ohhh yums°_°
