because the kurds are the only ones who care enough to get everything together and MAKE the video ASKING people to invest in their economy. . . (not to mention they dont try to kill the people trying to help them) The responsibility for getting everything running lies with the people who live there. They have to want to help themselves, instead of just being angry at everything.
