I just love how people kill animals for fun & then justify it by break your leg, tip over your 4 wheeler, etc. These are the same people who think nothing of driving 100 mph while drinking beer. Here's an idea. Shoot at beer cans, full ones. That way, you'll empty the beer & not leave behind widows & orphans.

I just love people like yourself who make unjust and illogical comparisons to justify their point of view. So you are comparing hunters and sportsmen to drunk driving murderers!?! You are sadly deluded and I feel sorry for you. Maybe you should get some help from a mental health professional. Good luck in therapy, dumbass.

Do you feel sorry for the livestock that breaks its leg stepping in the groundhog hole? Because then it has to be killed too. Do you feel sorry for the farmer who has to pay for a new animal to make up for the loss? Or do you feel sorry for the farmer and his family who have to pay to fix farm equipment after breaking an axle driving in the groundhog hole?

I love animals too, but please have some perspective on the damaging effects these groundhogs have before you start to feel sorry for them.

The alternative would be to poison these rodents, which is widely done. Shooting is better for the ecosystem and the food chain is not contaminated. I have seen large farms where cyanide was deployed and in the aftermath there are dead eagles, hawks, owls, coyotes, predatory cats, raccoons, and the list goes on and on resulting from their consumption of the carcasses. Many of the larger animals that eat the poisoned carcasses wander around like zombies for weeks. Take your pick, I have seen it.

Good point my friend, good point. But there are people out there who are going to be against hunting/shooting animales no matter how logical it is. I feel sorry for those people and their unwillingness to see reason. Oh well, they arent worth worrying about. Im gonna shoot these little suckers and enjoy doing it.

lol I love how people say "oh I feel so bad for that poor animal" then they go buy a few pounds of beef at the market. How do you think that beef got there?? At least when people hunt, they're killing and eating an animal that led a normal life, not a life spent in a cage getting abused and filled with drugs.

@center8 The people that dont get it, most of the time live in big citys. They dont understand cause and effect. Like you said, it is a mental sate of mind that these people think hunters are evil. And by mental i mean deranged lol. I just let them run their mouths and keep on hunting.

I see there is a lot of dumn bastard retard tree huggers out there...well I killed a total of 30 since 07..and I'll kill some more this year....for your information...farmers hate the damn things....one farmer was killed in our area because of a damn groundhog...how you ask???...he was driving in a small vehicle on a slope while spredding chemicals and the left wheel dropped into a groundhog hole....it flipped over and he drown in the chemicals...

i love these videos.. i use my thompson center contender in .204 ruger for ground hogs.. its a great gun for varmints. i never remember to bring the camera along though lol
