Well i went for 3 days without water and food and then 7 more days with only water and i read a book for MOST of the hours of each of those days and i was homeless the whole time and i walked for 6 miles when i was done to get an all-you-can-eat and now it seems that i can speak and think more effectively now than then amen. So life and energy does not come from food and water but from willpower and "from every truth and emotion from the mind and heart of Allah" amen.
