Why the notice? Because I went through over 40 re-encodings of this in various formats, settings, codecs, etc., and YT's player always stops at 8sec in, pauses for 15 seconds or so until about 40-50% of the video is loaded, then continues. I find it disruptive, and I'm annoyed that it interrupts my presentation. I've encoded this to Flash on one of my own sites, I've tried LiveVideo...it works 100% fine everywhere but here on YouTube. I don't want to jump ship, so I'm releasing it as best I can here on YT, and hoping people understand that both the raw source files (all 40+) were all clean, every other Flash encoding of it I've had made or made myself is clean, and that this is really YT's doing. They refuse to give any sane advice I haven't already tried, and I'm unwilling to delay release indefinitely over a pause during a non-critical segment of the video. Mind you, this has been tested on 2 net connections (it has nothing to do with the net, it keeps streaming to 50% before restarting playback), and 3 systems. It's definitely YT's fault.

If you ignored the warning and were annoyed by the pause, just hit rewind and play again and it'll be smooth. Sorry for any inconvenience!
