Princess Elizabeth fights through lashing rain and howling gales hauling the "Dartmouth Express" along the Teign and Waterside on the P&DR (hand-held grab shot). The extended turntable at Churston only just accommodates 6201 and props the rear of the tender at an angle. Finally 6201 shows her mettle with an impressive climb out of Paignton passing Preston Sands in weather that can only be described as atrocious!!

  • Thanks for this great video of the fantastic Lizzie.

  • excellent shot for handheld, especially given the appalling weather.

  • Wow, what a fantastic machine. Thank you for the nice video of her.

  • I loved the shots at the Teign estury and departing Paignton, possibly the bravest ending shot I've ever seen!

  • I wasn't standing too far away from you! I was standing next to the guy with the Broadcast Camera! hehe. Excellent capturing, you did well despite the weather.
