Hey Nicko the bloody lamb shanks I bought are to long for the dutch oven! Can I just put them in a baking didh and double alfoil it you reckon?

oh no! Yeah, brown them off first in a soup pot...then let them rest and get your liquid mix happening...then transfer it all to your baking dish and tightly wrap it with foil. 15 minutes before it is ready take the foil off. Still should be ok. Either that or go and get a dwarf lamb :) let me know how you go!
