Shortstack 3BB open in late stage, It's basically pre-fllop, all-in or fold situation. If Beth think top pair good, never fold to top pair get (Hellmuth don't have QQ+, AQ+ dominated hand) She have to 3-bet shove, Create fold equity.
She call, If K or Q not board, She check, Hellmuth c-bet, She fold? It's pretty bad play. This stage 3BB open-pot so large for effective tournament prize EV. Top pair oriented player is so weak.
