Mansion on the Water Home - First Stages

Hey guys, here is the very beginning of the house I plan on entering into the Oblivion real Estate "House on the Water" competition. Like I said, this is the very beginning. There are some issues (please note, the trees popping up are not my fault and are unavoidable). I hope you enjoy, and constructive criticism would be appreciated.
