The State of Hawaii does not send out electronic birth certificates. They ONLY snail mail them. They mail them in a legal - sized letter envelope. This birth certificate is an obvious fraud for that reason. The idiots who forged this should have FOLDED this fake before giving it to the political shill over at the Daily Kos. Deception is usually rooted out by being smarter than the criminal - a very LOW BAR!!!!

Unless Birth Certificates have changed recently, they show the race of the baby and the race of the baby has to be the mother's race, not the fathers.

Also ladies and gentlemen,. if you will note the lower left hand corner. The form has revisions on it. The form submitted clearly says that this form was revised in 2001.

Therefore this document may be a copy, but all birth certificates that are duplicates say they are no matter what state is involved.

This is in my opinion a forgery. It bears no raised seal of the state, it bears font sizes that were not available in 1961. In fact this form is pristine in all measure.

Also, those live birth certificates are forwarded to the US govt. IF Obama has attained any legal status via a forged document and it was done with his knowledge then at the least he is guilty of mail fraud and anyone aiding and abetting it as well.

Obama needs to come clean and immediately at that. Ron Paul notwithstanding, McCain is legal by act of Congress. Where is Obama's. If the Clinton campaign was smart then they would jump on this and drop it like a bomb on the Democratic National Committee.

If Obama is legal then he should prove it down to less than a reasonable doubt.

The birth certificate does not appear to be genuine. The space for a Certificate Number is blacked out; there is no official seal on the back (it would be embossed. and show through).. There is a date stamped on the back, which appears to be Jan (or Jun) 6, 2007. The certificate appears to be computer printed, not typed, as would have been the case in 1961.

We really need to see the original birth certificate. Surely there is a Honolulu hospital record of the birth.

This is very easy to do. Making a fake certificate. Also even if he came up with one with a seal, it is still very easy to do. I just went through a 4 year long lawsuit that was all about this kind of forgery. This one Obama pretends is his certificate is a fake and I know just how they faked it. Easy to do! He could even have the orginal paper and it be fake. Where is his long form that would be micro fish. He doesn't have one unless he is in Hawaii to have one made up.
