This patient wanted to correct the thinning across his crown, mid-frontal area, and especially his hairline. He did not want to add extreme density.

Employing follicular unit extraction (FUE), Dr. Umar harvested 3,000 grafts from the back of the patient's head and the nape of his neck. These donor hairs were used to add the moderate density the patient desired and to advance the hairline forward. i have to wonder why this guy wouldnt just save himself the money and just shave his head if he's going to wear his hair that short. its not going to change his looks in the slightest.that said, i have to say, dr umar did an amazing job. looks amazing

@popgasmstreet Without the transplant, shaving the head gives the appearance of shaving to conceal baldness. With a more defined hairline in place, He would look like he is shaving his head because he wants to.

There is a big difference between a man who is skin bald with no indication of hair shaved down to frame his face vs. a man with hair who shaves down by choice. Just look around sometime, tell me a man with a pink scalp bald doesn't look different than a guy with stubble uniformly all over his head and hairline.
