hey bamatony73, just a couple of points:

1) texas has the #1 run defense in the country

2) is this dominant bama team the same one that needed two blocked field goals and some overlooked penalities (ie terrance cody taking his helmet off before the play was over) to beat TENNESSEE?!?!?!

Haha dude you guys barely escaped with a W from a mediocre Tennesse team at your own house. Plus Texas has the #1 rush D in the country and our D is top 5 in the country. Not just that but Alabama has never beaten Texas in their history so don't jump the gun man.

I feel ya man but texas is 7-0-1 i believe in all-time vs Alabama and is 2-0 vs Florida so History is on our side, if we can pick up our offense and our defense keeps getting better we could beat either of them, besides anybody can get beat on any given day. Hook Em!

But in regards to the best in the SEC, I know the past couple of years yall have had good teams, Florida has been The Best in the SEC the last 4 years, (According to championship wins) Texas has been consistently good since I can remember, How many 10 win seasons does everyone else have in a row? Im sorry to say I dont think you are going to beat Florida, I respect Alabama " ROLL TIDE!!!!" But it is destiny for Texas to play Florida. It brings The Best In the Big 12 vs the best of the SEC. Bama has a good team, borderline great. Florida has arguably the best OVERALL FOOTBALL player next to Colt in Tim Tebow. I am in Florida and Texas needs to play Florida and beat them so all this cocky ass Gators will stut the hell up.
