  • You and Iris make an excellent pair!! Well done!

Mine is 4yrs and coming along nicely with her training. How much time do you spend teaching Iris a particular trick?

  • It's different for each trick..some of them are quite easy and we don't spend a lot of time to learn, but some of them need more time..

  • Hi Petra - thanks very much for your reply. Appreciate it! Would it be a good option to get a spacious kennel and put it in our back garden? Or jus leave her in the living room? What do you think? Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!

    Cheers

  • I have kennel for Iris. When I'm not at home, I leave her there. But only when it's warm (not in winter etc.). I also have an internal kennel, when I leave her, when it's too cold outside. She also sleep there. Iris can be in living room, kitchen etc. only when we're at home.

  • "BEST" - is all what I wanna say!!!

Question for you - We're thinking of buyin a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and wanted to know if its ok to leave my dog at home for 9 hours? We both work and at the same time would love to have K Charles as our FIRST PET! Please let me know.

    Thanks in advance!

  • Nice that you're thinking of buying a CKCS. They are such amazing dogs. And I think that there won't be any problems if you leave it alone for 9 hours. Iris can easily spend 9 hours alone, but she has her own place where she is when we are not at home.

  • Wow !! Thanks for a fantastic video. I have a 14 week old Cav puppy. And you really inspired me to start her training as soon as possible..

Could you please tell us more about your dog and how you train him ?

You should teach people via youtube how to learn dog a trick.
