First and foremost, I am NOT psikoticsilver, I am NOT the author of this mod.
I've decided to make a handful of videos to display what changes his fantastic mod has done to the world of Bioshock. His mod deserves more attention than it's getting so hopefully these videos can attract more Bioshock fans to try out his terrific mod.
Warning: Bioshock spoilers below.
If it's not painfully obvious, let me spell it out; hacking is hard as #@$! to perform with this mod.
I...
LOVE IT!
As odd as it may sound, I believe it adds a sense of realism to this game. Think about it, how the hell does your character have such an easy time hacking pretty much anything in sight in vanilla Bioshock? It doesn't make much sense. Unless of course Dr. Suchong had trained you as a young lad to hack while you were still growing up in Rapture, it's possible, but it's never been mentioned. I don't accept that possibility though anyways, and I much prefer my previous comment about realism as being the reality of the situation.
Don't fret though, once you find the right plasmid (within the first level none the less) you'll have an "easier" time hacking things, assuming you can hack it (more on that in a potential future video).
That pretty much sums it up, if you want to learn more, or better yet, if you want to have a stab at using this wonderful mod, follow this link (copy and paste the following url in your address bar):

Make sure you've patched your Bioshock game to the latest version, or at least version 1.1 which is what I use. And if it matters, the version of the mod that I'm using is version 6.01a. Also ensure that you follow the installation instructions perfectly in case the mod screws up your game, which as far as I can tell, it shouldn't. It's also remarkably easy to install.
Happy Hacking
