it is the Khane Darya in Mazandaran...Mazandaran is North of Tehran...I can see how you can confuse that...I guess I should've been more clear about this.

This place is RIGHT NEXT TO THE CASPIAN SEA. It gets flooded after rain cause the water levels increase a bit.
