I always wonder, because I'm from South America, when these celebrities talk as freely and spontaneous as Sarah about eating half a pot cookie, or smoking a joint, how cool it is that they just say it, but at the same time, I really wonder about drug use laws in the States, and like, what should they do to her if they were consistent with their laws, arrest her? Anyway, my point is, which States have already legallized pot and which haven't?

They'd need physical evidence of it. Sure they can spout whatever they want about their appreciation for recreational drugs, but anyone can do that. It's not a crime to talk about, but it certainly is taboo is some cultures. American is coming around on that topic.

none have legalized it, but a bunch have decriminalized it, meaning sentences are low for possession: CA, OR, MA, CO, NE, AK, MO, MI, MS, NC, OH, ME, and NY

i use to like her but now i can't stand her God hating views and disrespect to Christ! She needs to stick to making her self look trashy and stay out of politics. sad she had potential, know she is boycotted and looked at as a nobody to take serious
