First he talks about how he felt during the game, then he talks about what they need to do as a team after the game and how they'll prepare for the next one, then the guy puts tons of pressure on him by saying that "Everyone in Spain is counting on you and watching: tell them something!", so he says that he and the team know they're supporting them and it's good and thanks ect.
That's the basic plot. Not exciting.

He said "sabemos que" which is "we know that..." referring to him and the team knowing that everyone's counting on them.
