First of all noe nation will let go of kashmir because kashmir is the lifeline which both nations regard. Mainly most of the water both nations share comes from kashmir. All the parties need to put the people of Kashmir first and nationalism and religion second. Kashmir can not ignored for very long it is a ticking time bomb and mother of all the conflicts in the world. May be those Kashmiri Pandits should learn a lesson from this. They turned their backs to Kashmiris when Dogras Maharajahs were wrecking havoc on local population. The Pandits were enjoying the royal backing for taking part in brutal oppression of Kashmiris (Muslim, Hindu and Sikhs all). They sided the wrong side during the freedom fight of Kashmiris in last 200 years and it is their time for pay back. The only way forward.... is asking for forgiveness.

I agree most of us muslims are converts from Hindus. My name Wani (vania-business) originates from the business caste. Kashmir is the headquarter of the aryan civilization. the language is linked to rig-vedic sanskrit. @nunchaicup We are as much kashmiri as u. You are more likely a descendant of pandit who converted into Islam. While my family were driven out of Kasheer, I still say that Kashmir is a POLITICAL-ECONOMIC issue, rather than a religious one.

Unfortunately, it has become a breeding ground for all the low life and nuts from the Kashmri Muslim, Paki and Indian army communities.
