Excellent video.. Those are massive ships, Friend or Foe? That is the real question.. I don't have the answer, but I can say that there are both. The Elite and Secret Intelligence A-holes made a deal for advanced technology, remember that strange sound that NASA got from one of the planets as the satelite passed it? Well that was an alarm signal to the other Races.. Letting them know we had passed our outer most planet.. They heard the alarm and are comming to greet us. Friend or Foe???

Yes but it sounds to me like the secret Underground Base at Tohopah NM has all the latest ships that the Military Industrial Complex is using and that they may be Cloning Humans there to build an army that will be used to enforce Marshal Law in every country on the planet..
