@SugarJ1 and blaaaze The definition of Mulatto goes along with Smokey Robinson's poem because he said and I quote "we are a parade of every shade and in this late day and age you can be sure there ain't too many people in this country whose bloodline is pure." So honestly there is no "true" black man or woman born in the United States of America unless of course both of their parents are directly from Africa but even that is sketchy since some Africans are mulatto as well.

@blaaaaze and SugrJ1 you both know that Malcolm X was MULATTO himself since his Gradnfather was Scottish and it is reported that his mother was SO light skinned that she could have passed for white which resulted in Malcolm being light skinned as well. And Marcus Gravey was actually Jamaican so he could not claim to be a black American anyways. And the definition of Mulatto is a BLACK person that has one black parent and one white parent or a mulitracial individual.
