Munich cops are cool and don't bother you even if your face down planted on the grass (they might even put your wallet back in your pocket if it fell out). These Texans don't understand what Oktoberfest is really about...they don't understand the meaning or the culture behind it. If you go to Munich you can be happy with beer...you don't have to worry about a**hole cops.

In my opinion Texans "water down" Oktoberfest and should be band from making their "own interpretation" of it!

@Mariultra FYI there are a lot of Germans living here and these mini-Oktoberfests are held in multiple cities for them. In fact, if you ever go to New Berlin, NY, where my ex was born, you will find an entire village of first/second generation immigrants who are fluent German speakers...
